세우는  그  한 사람 The One Person, Who Builds Up 

 어디든지  필요한 사람은 꼭 있습니다. 그리고 있어야 합니다.  가정이든 사회나 국가든  어떤 공동체든지  반드시 필요한  사람이 있을 때에 건강하게 유지 될 뿐만 아니라 발전하도록 되어 있습니다.
그러나 모두가 필요한 사람이라는 사실도 잊어서는 안 됩니다. 나 자신이  그 공동체에 있다는  것은
반드시 필요해서 있는 것입니다.   공동체를 세우기 위한  바른 자세는 매우 중요합니다.

산악동호회에서  캐나다로 해외원정등반을 가기로 하고 20명이 훈련을 하고 최종적으로 5명을 선발하기로 했습니다.  훈련을  실시하기 위한  첫 번 모임에  20명이 모여   네팔로 가서 훈련을 실시하기로 했습니다.  그런데 22명이  공항으로 왔습니다. 비행기 표는 정확히 20명 것만 예약을 해놓았습니다.  그래서 회장은  누군가  잘 못 듣고 오신 것 같은데  해당되지 않는 분은    집으로 돌아가 달라고 했습니다. 그 때   두 사람이 집으로 돌아갔습니다.
두 사람 중에 한 사람은   훈련의 살림을 총괄해야 할  총무이며 또한 사람은 산악회 부회장 이었습니다.   집으로 돌아간 두 사람은  가입한지 얼마 되지 않지만  산악회에는 누구보다  열정을 내는 사람들이었습니다.  부회장과 총무는  그들이  마음에 상처 받을까봐  자신들이 집으로 돌아갔던 것입니다.  이 두 사람의 배려가 있기에    그 산악회는  히말라야 산들을 오르는  역량 갖추고 있는 든든한 공동체가 되었습니다.  

 그 공동체 구성원들은  그 공동체를   아름답고 견고하게 세우는데 목적을 두고 있습니다.  공동체를 서로 세우라는 것은 주님의 뜻이기도 합니다.
공동체를 세우기 위해서는 많은 노력들이 필요합니다. 서로를  이해하는 마음,  상대방을 배려하는 마음,  끝까지 인내하는 자세, 모두를 세울 수 있는 행위나 언어 그리고  가치를 공유하고 책임을 다하는 태도가 필요합니다.

공동체는  결코  돈으로 세워지는 것이  아닙니다.
돈 가지고 고기 사먹고 술 마시고 회식한다고 건강한  공동체가  세워지는 것이 아니라 이처럼
서로 이해하고 배려하는 마음의 잔치를 할 때  아름다운 가정도 교회도 국가도  든든히 세워집니다.  

주님은 공동체를 깨뜨리는 자와 함께 하지 말라고 했습니다.  공동체를 함께 세우려는  사람들이
많을 때   기쁨과 행복을 나눌  것도 많습니다.

당신은 당신이  소속된 공동체를  주님의 이름으로 세우는데  꼭 필요한  사람이  되기를  주님은 기대하십니다.   건강한 공동체를 파괴시키는 사람이 아니라   견고하게 세우는  그 한 사람이 되어야 합니다.The One Person, Who Builds Up

No matter where one goes, there is always a necessary person. It is only rightly so. Regardless of the size of social community systems, such as family, government, or country, it not only maintains healthiness but advances, when the necessary individuals are in place. 

However, it is important to not forget that every individual are necessary. One's own self exist in the community because one's own self is certainly necessary. The right mindset to build up the community that is truly important. 

5 were chosen among 20 individuals from a hiking club who went through training in order to hike in Canada. The first training meeting took place in Nepal with the 20 individuals. However, 22 showed up at the airport, even when the airplane tickets were clearly for 20 individuals. Hence, the president of the club requested those who must have heard the announcement wrong to head back home. At that moment, 2 individuals headed back home. 

One of the two individuals was the general affairs manager over housekeeping for training, while the other person was the vice-president of the club. Two individuals who should have went back home were in the club for the short time, they did not lack any passion for hiking. The vice-president and manager went home in their place in order that they may not get emotionally hurt. Due to their consideration, they were able to become a strong community with capability to hike even the Himalaya mountains.

The members of the community had the goal set on building the club community firmly and beautifully. Building up communities are also Lord Jesus's will. 

In order to build up communities, there are countless number of efforts needed, such as hearts of understanding; hearts of consideration; enduring posture; actions and words that builds everyone up; sharing values; and taking up responsibilities. 

Communities never get built up by money. 

Healthy communities do not get build up just because one eats meats, drinks alcohol, and eat out, but rather when hearts are understanding and considering. 

Lord Jesus said to “mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them” (Romans 16:17). There is abound of happiness and joy to share when there are more who wishes and tries to build the community together.

Lord Jesus expects and waits for you to become a necessary person who builds up communities that you are a part of in the name of Lord Jesus. We are to become a person who does not destroy the healthy relationships and communities, but rather a person who builds up communities and relationships firmly and strongly.
